What we collect
- Full name (as you provide it on the lead form)
- Mobile phone number
- Studio choice (Akron or Canton)
- Email address (optional)
- Consent timestamp (when you checked the SMS consent box)
- IP address of the form submission (for fraud prevention)
How we use it
- Class booking outreach via SMS
- Scheduling follow-ups for inquiries you started but didn't complete
- Confirming bookings and answering scheduling questions
- Responding to inquiries you initiate
- Sending compliance responses to HELP and STOP keywords
How we store it
Your information is stored in the Orangebook CRM and our system database. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We retain it for as long as you remain an active or recently-active lead, and delete it on request.
Sharing
Mobile information, text messaging originator opt-in data, and SMS consent are not shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share data only with subprocessors strictly necessary to deliver the program: Twilio (for SMS delivery) and Anthropic (for AI conversation responses).

Your rights
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing otdevemail@gmail.com or by replying STOP to any SMS. You can also call Akron at (330) 836-5500 or Canton at (330) 754-3470 to request deletion.
